• All products are cooked by our Spanish partner using state of the art processes to ensure the highest product quality and the highest work performance.
• The pies are prepared on sourdough and on a line of puff pastry.
• To have a traditional design/form we decorate the pies with ribbons and braids.
• The product is subjected to a process of slow fermentation, cooking and subsequent deep freezing.

production y delivery

• After production of each pie can be freeze in a Shock Freezer.
• All pies are packaged and kept in freezers.
• Delivery to the supermarkets is done in refrigerators.
• Supermarket keeps the product also in freezers.
• We recommend our partner (Supermarket) to warm up the product in it’s premises in microwave or usual oven.
• Product can be presented on a special dedicated shelf or ordinary shelf in bread/pastry sections.
